Description:
Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
12oz of Vegetable stock
1 tomato
1 onion
2 teeth of garlic
2 potatoes
2 celery stalk
2 carrots
2 zucchini’s
Corn on the cob or cut corn into soup

Directions:
Cut up vegetable into cubes.
Bring to a boil. Makes 4-6 servings
You can freeze soup and pull out to accompany any meal.
Add sea salt to taste. Garnish with cilantro.
